“The agency is getting ready to take away your ability to use government equipment for union communications. The VA will stop all emails sent by union representatives within the next few weeks. Local 910 has hired Dennis Jackson to send all 910 home emails in order to communicate effectively with all members.
Soon you will not be able to send VA.GOV emails. It is not easy to send email to hundreds of email addresses. After you download your information from My Local, you can have Dennis Jackson run all email communications for your membership. It is important to take action now. You need a way to send email! Don’t let the agency win!”
– Jill Folsom, RPh Secretary Treasurer, AFGE Local 910

You need to get this set up right away because the agency will soon stop your union representatives from using VA.GOV email addresses and therefore stop your ability to communicate to your members.[/text_block]

Management includes adding and deleting member emails to the email group list. Only home email addresses are used for communicating with members (no .gov email addresses).
Sending Emails
Basically, you write the emails and I send the emails to your group. I can send you a test email (a proof of what the email looks like before it goes out).
High Email Deliverability Rate
Your emails are useless unless they actually make it to the user’s inbox. You don’t want your message to end up in the junk/bulk folder or blocked by an ISP (Internet Service Provider). Have confidence that your messages make it to the inbox (and not the spam folder) with our industry-leading deliverability. Connect, share, and communicate to your members by sending email works great — but only if you get those emails delivered.
Email Tracking
You will see how many people open your emails, click links, go to your website and more. Tracking is important for improving emails.
Email Analytics
Simple graphs that show you who opened your messages and which links they click.[/text_block]
